Movement & Milestones Check · ages 0 to 3

Build the foundation early. Catch anything while it's easy.

Rolling, sitting, crawling, standing, walking, balance and skilled hands: movement is the foundation that learning, confidence and behaviour are built on. We assess your child's from your own living room, and you get a precise daily plan within days.

Competence is built one hold at a time.

How it works

Five steps, about two weeks

  1. Tell us about your childA short form: early history, milestones so far, and what's on your mind.
  2. Film a few short clips at homeFive to eight phone clips of everyday play, with simple instructions for each. No special kit.
  3. We review, then talk for an hourA 60-minute video call: what we see, what's on track, what needs attention, and why.
  4. Your written plan within three working daysA snapshot of where your child is across big movements, balance, hands and play; three to five daily play activities (10 to 15 minutes a day in total), each demonstrated; what to watch for; and a one-page summary to share with your health visitor or GP if you choose.
  5. A check-in at two weeksHow it's going, and one round of questions answered.

What we measure

Outcomes you can see, not just feel

Milestone snapshot

Each skill rated not yet, emerging or secure at the start, and again at an optional six-week re-check.

Your confidence

How sure you feel about what to do, scored before the call and at two weeks. We aim for a clear rise.

Daily practice

How many days a week the activities happen. Little and often is what moves children on.

Good to know

  • Fully online: it works wherever you live.
  • Your clips are stored privately, never shared, and deleted after six months unless you ask us to keep them.
  • One child per check. A second child in the same family is half price.

Want more?

  • Six-week re-check: new clips, a 30-minute call and an updated plan showing progress.
  • Carer briefing: a 30-minute call so your nanny or the grandparents follow the same plan.
  • Routine & Behaviour Reset for ongoing support at home.

This is developmental guidance and coaching, not a medical diagnosis. Where we think further input would help, we'll say so clearly and tell you who to ask.
